LASER MONITOR FOR NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING AND DIAGNOSTICS

Abstract. The paper describes the algorithm for calculating the object movements using its images obtained by laser monitor. Methods of reducing the displacement calculation error using software and hardware techniques were suggested. Programs implemented in MATLAB and ImageJ were developed by the proposed algorithm. The test object visualization (the Goryaev’s camera) was performed to verify the algorithm. The error of displacement determination does not exceed 1 % on condition that the object and the optical circuit elements are placed in alignment.
