The research results of a total impact of different types of filters on the ECG signal recorded with high resolution ECG based on nanoelectrodes without filtering in the band from 0 to 150 Hz are given. Standard block diagram of one channel ECG includes a series of filters: high-pass filter, antialiasing low-pass filter, notch filter and others. To study of the effect of the heart biopotentials distortion fine structure (low-amplitude high-frequency oscillations) caused by the filter circuits, the computer modelling method is applied. The modelling was performed by using the LabVIEW software. It is shown that filters distort a shape, amplitude and time shifts of the heart micropotentials or remove them from the output ECG signal of the test. In applying the amplitude and time diagnostic criteria the fact that the filtering of the signal was done should be taken into account. In some cases, the use of diagnostic criteria to the filtered signal may lead to wrong results. Keywords:
