This article focuses on the study of the method of controlling high-frequency products made of polymeric materials, the development of computer-aided diagnosis device products, building design techniques tooling, which revealsthe defects in the polymer product of complex spatial forms. The relevance of this article does not provoke any doubts because the quality of polymer products is one of the main criteria on which focuses on the industries that are leaders in their market. The non-destructive testing applies today to assess the quality and serviceability of products, without disrupting their designs. But the complicating tasks of improving the quality of products and providing security ofthe objects cannot be solved by standard methods of control and require further improvement tools and techniques of diagnosis. Moreover, there is not the solution of automation of diagnosing in a production environmentdespite the variety of methods of production control. In view of the need of obtainingthe huge amounts of information for the control of many products, the automated and robotic systems of diagnostics have to be developed and implemented. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the methods and means of nondestructive testing, because of insufficient degree of automation. It is highly relevant to solve the task of building software and hardware and system of automated control of diagnosis of products made of polymeric materials, providing high performance controlling the information content and accuracy of the results.
