The article describes the structure of the organization and building the system for technical diagnostics of complex object on the example of coalmine electromechanical complex. The complex contains asynchronous motors of various capacities; hydraulic part, high-voltage and low-voltage switching devices; electronic power converters (frequency, voltage, rectifiers); gearboxes conveyor, combine harvester and other machinery; transformers, as well as equipment for monitoring the environmental factors. The functional scheme of the diagnostic system includes three levels. Each level each level serves as a control over all subordinate levels and as guided, subordinate in relation to the higher level. The lower level contains a transducer apparatus for monitoring parameters of components of the nodes of the electric and environmental factors, modules, input/output and isolated barriers. The middle level includes the technical conversion tool interfaces and subsequent collection, the temporary switching of telemetry messages. Subsystem of upper level consists of a set of automated work places for operators, functioning under the control of General and special software, and structured cabling system. It is shown that the developed system allows operating personnel in real time to control the technical condition of systems of any complexity and with any number of its components including the electrical equipment operating in explosive atmospheres. Keywords: electromechanical system, diagnostics, hierarchy, technical condition.
