ON-LINE MONITORING THE LEVEL MEASURING CHANNELS WITH DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSORS AT A NPP. PART 1
(pp. 40-46)

Abstract. This paper is devoted to increase of reliability and accuracy of the level measuring at NPP technological vessels. It proposes the on-line monitoring method to real time diagnostic of hidden and obvious defects/refusals from the NPP APCS. The proposed on-line monitoring method is based on an analysis of level measuring channels trends (readings archive) which is based on the readings modeling results of intellectual reference level sensor with higher accuracy of measurement than regular technical tools. It allows to diagnose the level measuring channels without interfering with the technical equipment from APCS and does not require design changes in its structure.

Keywords: NPP, APCS, level measuring by hydrostatic method, on-line monitoring of level measuring channels.
