TECHNOGENIC SAFETY OF HIGHLY COMPLEX ENGINEERING OBJECTS

Abstract. The article briefly reviews the reports made by council members of the automated systems of diagnostics and energy department Test Board, Engineering, Mechanics and Control Processes, attended the session, which was held in conjunction with the forum “Territory NDT-2016” at the International Exhibition Center “Expocenter” 2 – 4 March, 2016 in Moscow (Russia). The reports of the working group “Risk and safety” of the Russian Academy of Sciences were reviewed the valuation problem and calculation of limit states of the controlled object in the estimates of its strength and service life. Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences reported about the problem with account of a real state of new materials since beginning the product by operation the example of the evolution of the technical requirements of the metal for pipes for main gas pipelines. Three reports of the Institute of Fine Mechanics and Control Problems of RAS security issue of human-machine systems were discussed (PHI) to prevent accidents and disasters in the event of certain adverse effects of the environment, failures and human errors. As examples of the implementation of the approach developed to date and authenticated practice mathematical models, numerical methods and complexes of programs intended for the simulation and optimization of complex modes of operation of PHI were used. The final report of the session informed about the work of “SRC Makeyev” with the problem of protecting the Earth from a danger of space objects exposure.
