UNIVERSAL INFORMATION-MEASURING SYSTEM FOR MONITORING PHYSICAL-MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF FERROMAGNETIC STEEL PRODUCTS USING THEIR MAGNETIC PARAMETERS

Abstract. The article provides the results of the development of information-measuring system for registration of magnetic parameters of ferro-magnetic steel: characteristics of the hysteresis loop and magnetic noise parameters. The results of the similar systems of foreign manufac-turers are also given. Showcased principles of construction of the measuring system are described. It is supposed the algorithms for its work, the physical basis of the used methods. The basic principles of primary converters for MSH-3M and the modes of measurement of the useful signal are explained. Moreover, the article shows the possibilities of the system under the control of physics-mechanical properties of struc-tural steels with high-technology processing different modes – plastic deformation, quenching and tempering, the possibility of practical application.
