X-RAY MEDICAL DIAGNOSTIC PROBLEMS

Abstract. The article analyzes the work of the round table “The Problems of medical X-ray diagnostics”. Eight reports were presented and discussed at the round table. Communicating an ionization chamber for the registration of dose and dose rate in a wide range of brake-energy radiation has been considered. This camera is installed at the outlet of the emitter, it has no effect on the emission spectrum. The questions of unification of the equipment and the creation of a universal digital platform for radiotherapeutic apparatus, as a basis for the production of modern, productive, safe and reliable vehicles with different radiotherapeutic embodiments of voltage and power supply devices from few to tens kilowatts were considered. Application of a single platform for a long-shot focus and X-ray machines can reduce the costs associated with the operation, maintenance and training of medical staff and allow to operate the different types of the devices in a unified information database, unify the units and use the standard protocols for management and control. Localization of the parts and manufacturing the apparatus with various embodiments of the feed device were used; X-ray condition and overall quality of X-ray machines; dose technogenic origin patients. The use of the digital technologies ensure obtaining the quality images, which is comparable or even of superior quality of film images, while substantially reducing the effective dose to the survey, the use of the advantages of computer processing; the treatment of nosological group of the diseases with the radiation therapy. The radiotherapy systems with the linear medical electron accelerators with the radiation safety of the personnel and public are need; the small mobile technical means to carry out X-ray studies in a patient. The legal and technical aspects were also discussed. A specialized program to assess the quantum detection efficiency of digital X-ray image detectors operating in dynamic mode was described.
