The multichannel panoramic X-ray detector is designed on the base of the developed 32-channel module from the solid-state semiconductor epitaxial structures GaAs with a step 0.8 of mm and clamp joints. The construction of multielement panoramic detector is executed in the two-dimensional space and consists of two vertical and one horizontal parts. It makes possible to obtain the geometrically enlarged images of the individual parts of the object in the X-rays of micro focal X-ray emitter. The detector acts in short circuit mode. The X-ray image of the case is shown as an example.
