The authors share their experience of the vibration measurement of the pipelines of the systems important to safety (SIS) of the reactor and turbine halls reactor plant RBMK-1000, with follow assessment of the state of vibrostresses pipelines. Carrying out the experimental measurements and the analysis of the parameters of the vibration loading on the pipeline of SIS transient operation of the reactor facility and when entering the nominal power after scheduled maintenance allow to take into account the contribution of vibrostresses in assessing the residual life of pipelines. The works are carried out within the framework of extending the service life of pipelines operating units. Pipelines for experimental measurements are selected after a meeting with the assembly drawings of pipelines and their operating conditions, after reviewing the operational observations of NPP personnel for the vibration condition of pipelines. According to the results of the analysis, a consolidated list of pipelines and facilities, in which accelerometers and placed recording equipment will be installed, is drawn u. On the basis of the collected material the program of work is being prepared. It includes the choice of a type of vibration sensors and its method of attachment to the pipelines, the preparing the measurement system and the measurement processing programs. In the process of work, several measuring-computer complexes have been prepared and tested. Each of them has been adapted to the specific measurement conditions. The portable nonvolatile measurement and computing system based on ADC E14-440 having a small size and weight (0.17 kg) is supposed to be the most convenient for measurement. The maximum operating frequency of 14-bit ADC is 400 kHz. An important advantage is its power from the USB interface, which allows the power supply from the regular laptop battery. The certified software “WinPos” is used for analyzing the results of vibration measurements. The information is processed by standard mathematical and statistical algorithms. The level of vibrostresses in pipeline elements is calculated on the basis of the obtained amplitude-frequency characteristics of the vibratory. The objects with maximum vibrostress are being set and the recommendations to improve the vibration condition of pipelines are given after performing these calculations.
