Suvorov S. V. Abstract. An algorithm of processing signals in an absorption type analyzer when measuring small gas concentration accounting the signals as random is presented. The operating parts within the infrared range are selected by a set of interference filters. The decisive influence on the given accuracy is exerted by the variation ratio of the multiple counting reference signal. The systematic errors are compensated by the temperature adjustments ensuring the temperature stability inside ±25°С relative to the facility switching on temperature. The algorithm enables zero readings in case of absence of the measured component while processing the uncentered random variables as well as recurrent processing of the informative and reference signals. As a result, the microcontroller RAM volume and the duration of processing are reduced. The presented material may be useful in designing and operating the absorption type nondispersional gas analyzers. Keywords: absorption gas analysis, measurement, low concentration, signal processing algorithm, probabilistic approach, measurement accuracy.
