THE DEVELOPMENT OF PORTABLE AND INTEGRATED DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM FOR THE ANALYSIS OF PROCESSES OF CUTTING MATERIALS

Abstract. The article provides the information about the innovative development in the field of creation of diagnostic complexes for the analysis of technological systems, as at the stage of manufacturing and equipment as well as at the stage of operation systems. It also gives the information about the development of telemetry for transmission of measuring data from primary converters. The example of the analysis of the technological process is given. This study demonstrates the systems of real-time structural health monitoring for machine tools based on the various signals (vibration, power, force, etc.) collected through a low-cost microcontroller and module of telemetry for transmission based on data acquisition system. Vibration signal contains the most information because of mechanical disturbances from various sources, such as the engine, sound, noise and others. The examination tests of this developed system have been carried out on a various machine tools. The developed systems results in fast measurement and control without making any additional changes to the structure of the machine. It is expected that the integrated system and telemetry system will allow to solve many problems of monitoring the status of the various technological equipment, machines at the stages of development, commissioning and operation, as well as reduce the total amount of the costs required to service machines.
