(pp. 38-44)

Abstract. The paper deals with the urgent problems of personnel training for various industry branches considering specific training programs of higher education institutions and demands of actual productions. The study of this issue evidenced that the one of the problems of the personnel training is students’ motivation. Today, the enterprises employing the professionals in NDT and Technical Diagnostic area fail not only in contributing in personnel training, but in spreading this particular business dimension. However, the main problem of personnel training in “Instruments and methods of quality control and diagnostics” is non-compliance between the training programs andthe potential consumer needs of such personnel. Basing on the analysis of personnel training programs, experience in precertification training of NDT specialist and higher education institutions, communication with production facilities personnel, a conclusion has been made, that it is necessary to change not only the training programs in higher education institutions, but the whole system of the personnel training for existing demand of modern industrial enterprises. It is proven, that one of the solutions is integration of training process to the enterprises.
