Kosach A. A., Popov V. S., Kovshov Е. Е., Naumov V. N. Abstract. The architecture of a remote leakage detection system based on the SCADA technology and OPC-server was determined and formed. The software and hardware tools for integration equipment into a unified information space were also developed. An automated system was developed for remote mass-spectrometry leakage detection in canisters’ closing welds after filling them with radioactive waste. It makes it possible to carry out storage, processing and modeling of the technological process data in off-line mode, as well as formation of the output standard process documents. The considered approach is universal and applicable to any leakage detection system, regardless of the method of control and the necessary sensitivity. Using an open architecture, non-proprietary open source software and development tools, universal communication interfaces provides scalability, easy modification of the control system and allows to integrate the system into the production cycle and in the unified information space of the enterprise, maintaining a high sensitivity of the control and matching the algorithm. Keywords: leakage detection, SCADA, OPC-Server, process control, distributed information system.
