At present time special relevance acquired questions of surface waters monitoring as a system of regular observations of surface water conditions on various indicators, assessment and forecast of its change.In the Republic of Belarus researches of surface waters quality, including organoleptic control are performed. The questions of verification in this control are in a development stage. There are a lot of difficulties with creation of standard samples, nomenclature of verification characteristics, techniques of its assessment for situations when the considerable specific weight has a human factor. According to requirements of department of hydrobiological monitoring of State Establishment “Gidromet” (Minsk, Belarus) for the purpose of verification of the applied methods of researches there was developed information-methodological support in relation to visual-optical type of control based on registration and identification of microorganisms in water samples. Developed information-methodological support represents the documentary procedure of carrying out an intralaboratory research on factor assessment “Personnel” which makes the significant contribution to researches results.
