Abdurahimov S. H. Abstract. The questions on diagnostics of oil pipelines with externally installed coils the axial magneto-induction method for transfer of measuring information are considered in the article. The aim of the paper is research of limiting information capabilities of the pipeline diagnostics system using the axial magneto-induction link via pipeline for transfer of measuring information of temperature and humidity sensors. It is shown, that presence of severe attenuation of the signal in axial magneto-induction method of transfer of diagnostic information makes it necessary to define the separate intervals of the pipeline with installation of technical means in these intervals for removal the attenuation of magnetic induction. The correct accounting of noises and attenuation in the system allows to carry out the total information optimization of all specially organized intervals of pipeline using the variation optimization method. Solution of the formulated optimization task make it possible to develop the recommendations for rational selection of regime parameters of diagnostic system. Keywords: diagnostics, pipeline, optimization, information, magneto-induction method, attenuation.
