Novoseltceva T. A., Ovadykova Zh. V., Vysotckaia N. V. Abstract. The paper presents a methodology for developing a risk-based matrix for the purpose of auditing the quality management system of non-destructive testing laboratory according to the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025–2009, PB 03-372–00, the criteria of the accreditation systemterm national accreditation. The proposed method allows to determine quantitative risk values for each criterion of risk and identified risk facilities of testing laboratory of nondestructive testing. The model of risk gradation levels according to its quantitative value for the purpose of processing time-appropriate corrective action have been elaborated.
