Repin D. G., Kryukov O. V. Abstract. The analysis of results of researches of authors on studying of reliability of work of compressor stations of the main gas pipelines and parameters of the major operational factors influencing damageability of technological installations and a pipe binding of the existing compressor shops is submitted. The system parametrical analysis of experimental data is carried out on a condition of technological units at the operating compressor stations and shops of the main gas pipelines of a unified gas supply system of Russia. Shortcomings of monitoring of the existing systems and methods of periodic diagnostics of objects of compressor stations are shown. The relevance of works on creation of new system and methodology of monitoring to a technical sky from standing of KS on the basis of requirements of normative and technical documents of the state and branch level is proved. The sequence of stages of creation of modern system of the automated monitoring of technical condition of compressor stations taking into account modernization existing and again projected is offered. The integrated system and independent subsystems of diagnostics and forecasting of technical condition of a pipeline binding and technological units of compressor shops are presented. Examples of implementation of standard schemes of subsystems of measurement of information and interfaces of communication with database management systems are reviewed. Results of computer modeling of processes of monitoring on objects of compressor stations for distribution of equivalent tension in a pipeline binding of shops are offered. It is shown that installation of system of monitoring of technical condition practical doesn't lead object to increase in cost of construction and economically not only at the expense of prevention of an emergency, but also at the expense of expenses by standard documentation procedural to a diagnostic inspections.
