Aliev A. R., Timofeyev Yu. M., Khalatov E. M. Abstract. This paper treats of a circuit of the system for filling the chambers of objects under test as a constituent of the installation for pneumovacuum tests of devices and units of rocket and space engineering. The strictly regulated requirements are imposed upon the process of filling of products chambers during pneumovacuum tests: filling rate must be specified, gas temperature in the process of filling must not exceed a predetermined value, fill-up time to a predetermined pressure value must be minimum. Filling of the object chamber under test, subject to demands made, is carried out in a stepwise manner. Two processes – filling and holding under pressure are carried out at each stage.Within the limits of this paper, consideration is being given to the analysis of the first of two stages of filling system resulting in development of simplified technique of parameter determination and functionality evaluation of the circuit under the provision of specified requirements of devices and units of rocket and space engineering test procedure. The proposed technique is illustrated by an example of analysis of filling process of spherical product chamber. The proposed technique is intended for use by specialists engaged in design of the systems for filling rocket-and-space hardware during pneumovacuum tests, at the stage of formation of their circuits and functionality evaluation. Keywords: pneumovacuum tests, automatic mode of filling, mathematical model, parameters of process.
