METROLOGICAL SUPERVISION OF CONTROL RESULTS VALIDITY
(pp. 56-60)

Abstract. The main idea of the article is perform analysis and synthesis of control procedure techniques using the simulation modeling method (method Monte-Carlo). This method was used to investigate the influence of measurement uncertainty on the reliability of the product control, which has 10 parameters. It was established, that the indices of the reliability of the control are significantly affected by the uncertainty in the measurement of the monitored parameters and the ratio of the tolerance for controlled parameters to the RMS parameters caused by the instability of production. Proposed to use estimating characteristics of quality inspection at development and employment of control procedure. In addition to the notion of ”measurement techniques (methods),” it is proposed to introduce the notion “measurement control technique”. To increase the reliability of control results, it is proposed to increase the accuracy of manufacturing products (reducing RMS of controlled parameters). This will significantly reduce the proportion of defective products in the consignments delivered to the consumer (customer risk). The results of the paper allow studying influence of measurement uncertainty to index of control quality (errors first and second type, customer risk).

Keywords: product quality, control procedure, reliability of control, errors 1 and 2 type, customer risk.
