Chernyshov V. N., Zharikova M. V., Chernyshov A. V. Abstract. Considered microwave rapid method and implements its information-measuring system (IMS) for the determination of thermophysical characteristics (TFH) building materials and products using microwave pulse heating of the investigated objects. Method involves exposure to a pulse of electromagnetic radiation of microwave range, is focused on the surface of the object lens antenna in a line of given size and directed at angle ?’ to the surface of the object, and the angle ?’ is calculated according to the developed algorithm taking into account the attenuation of the electromagnetic wave according to the depth of material (dielectric) and the angle of refraction of electromagnetic waves at the boundary between the surface of the investigated object and the environment the measurement of excess temperatures at specified points of the surface and determining the desired TFH on the basis of the mathematical relationships. For the implementation of the proposed method was developed microprocessor information-measuring system. Keywords: nondestructive testing, thermal diffusivity, thermal conductivity, microwave heating, building heat engineering.
