Verdiyev S. B. Abstract. The paper is devoted to questions on development of system for diagnostic and control of condition of the regional energetic objects chimney. The basic principles of the concept for development of centralized distributed network for control of dynamic deformations of chimneys are described. The task on optimization of GPS measurements of dynamic deformations indicators are formulated. The optimum dependence of major regime and constructive parameters of centralized distributed system for control of dynamic deformations of chimney due to wind effect is determined. The recommendations for realization of optimum control regime are given. Keywords: сhimney, dynamic deformations, optimization, GPS measurements, system of diagnostic.
