Kryukov O. V. Abstract. A modern interpretation of the formulation of the problem of research of the main technological units of the main gas transport as objects of diagnostics is considered. The whole set of acting federal and industry normative and technical documents for ensuring the requirements for increased reliability and troublefree operation of the main equipment at high-risk facilities has been analyzed. The statistics of the damageability of units of electric drive gas pumping units and the analysis of operational factors of their reliability are presented. It is shown that the most severe failure of process units is the failure of the stator of a synchronous motor, the failure of which occurs in most cases due to breakdown of the cabinet or slotted insulation. A basic functional diagram of the monitoring and forecasting system for the technical condition of electric drive units is proposed and an innovative technique for analyzing the main characteristics of the defectiveness of a megawatt class drive electric machine in real time. It is shown that the efficiency of evaluating the technical condition of the insulation of drive motors is achieved by analyzing the partial discharges in the stator winding of the machine, which confirms the comparison of the results of the parameter measurements before and after rewinding the stator winding of one of the motors. It was proposed to use effective new and adequate systems of on-line diagnostics and forecasting of technical condition of inengine engines using a new structure and neural-fuzzy algorithms for processing information on the parameters of the operational factors considered, with the possibility of switching to maintenance of the actual state of equipment of compressor and oil pumping stations.
