Stepanov S. E., Kryukov O. V. Abstract. The analysis of monitoring methods of drive electric motors of powerful energy-intensive objects is presented on the example of electric drive gas compressor units of compressor stations of the main gas transport. The statistics of a technical condition and safety of functioning of drive turbocompressors on objects of PJSC "Gazprom" are offered. Operational factors affecting reliability of isolation of stator windings of high-voltage electric motors are considered. Hardware, methodological and algorithmic means of operative monitoring of the technical state and forecasting of trouble-free operation of synchronous motors are presented. It is shown that the introduction of modern and reliable means of monitoring the technical condition of aggregates and the forecast of their service life at compressor stations can significantly reduce operating costs and improve safety and trouble-free operation in the normal modes, as well as transition to maintenance and repair of the actual state of electric drives of electric power facilities. Keywords: dangerous production facility, reliability, monitoring system, electric gas pumping unit, partial discharges, builtin monitoring and forecasting system.
