Shakhnin V. A. Abstract. Mobile means of mechatronics can automate diagnostic monitoring of large-sized high-voltage devices with complex topology and large areas of their spatial distribution on the territory of the electrical substations. General principles of construction of mechatronic systems diagnostic monitoring of high-voltage devices are formulated. Firstly, it is advisable to union devices related functionality in a single module. Secondly, the predictive controls must be implemented at the module level without resorting to complex control system. Thirdly, it is important to minimize the multistep transformation of energy and information by combining the modules in the complex, and to build it into a higher level system to be provided by hardware and software complex. The implementation of these principles allows to create mechatronic systems, the basic functional modules of which are integrated on a single integration platform. This means that there is a common approach to the control modules, allowing their synergistic union into a single complex. It is proposed to use the management accounting of current diagnostic results as an integration platform for the mechatronic diagnostics of high voltage equipment. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of this method to control the movement of the sensor module based on the modified method of evaluation function. The structural scheme and the mathematical model of adaptive interpolator for trajectory movements of sensor module are proposed. Keywords: diagnostic monitoring, high-voltage equipment, trajectory movements, integration platform, partial discharges.
