TO THE QUESTION ABOUT THE CONTROL SURFACES, FORMED ON A CNC MACHINE

Abstract. Investigated the quality of the surfaces obtained on the CNC machine model HBS-1319V. Used in the actual production situation of the company "Technopark" at school. The model of the band saw machine, the types of saws used on it, the brands of materials used are accepted as the initial data of the current production. The problem of quality management (through surface roughness and other parameters) of formed surfaces of blanks by developing technical and organizational solutions aimed at reducing the size of allowances for subsequent finishing of the workpiece is considered. This task is also relevant to perform dimensional grooves in the workpiece. Analysis of the problem showed that the issues of metrological support for the operations of procurement industries of machine-building enterprises are not raised. There is no methodological and instrument base for this stage of production. This also applies to the blank production with band saw machines. Results of control of surfaces depending on conditions of their reception and depending on the used means of control are resulted.
