THE INFLUENCE OF THE DIMENSIONAL PARAMETERS OF THE MICROCUTTERS ON THE QUALITY OF PROCESSING OF SMALL PARTS ON CNC TURNING ROD MACHINES

Abstract. Based on the study of the parameters of vibroacoustic signals, the size of the microcutters was optimized. The influence of the parameters of microcutters on the roughness of the holes of small-sized parts processed on lathe bar machines has been determined. The dependencies of the roughness parameters of the treated holes on the sortie the cutter insert in the assembly of the boring tool in a wide range of feeds are obtained. A value for ensuring that the  requirements of the roughness of the holes of small-sized parts has been determined.
