Abstract. An adjustable asynchronous electric drive is considered, in which the vector control system is supplemented with correction blocks acting on the magnitude of the longitudinal (magnetizing) component of the stator current vector. It is shown that it is advisable to carry out the action of the correction system with a reduced static load of the motor in steady-state mode, due to which, at fixed values of the static moment, a decrease in the stator current is ensured. A feature of the construction of the proposed corrected vector control system is the use of correction blocks that monitor the longitudinal and transverse components of the stator current, which allows you to determine the tangent of the angle between the vectors of the stator current and its longitudinal component, as well as the mismatch of the received and set values, and in the function of the mismatch value to change the signal setting the longitudinal component of the stator current. The effect and advantages of the proposed correction system of an asynchronous electric drive with vector control are investigated by simulation modeling.
