Abstract. Приведены результаты анализа математических зависимостей параметров малозаметных ударных повреждений на образцах из полимерных композиционных материалов с нанесенным на поверхность ударочувствительным люминесцентным смарт-покрытием от величины энергии ударных воздействий, построенных по данным визуально-измерительного контроля. Контроль проводился как с применением ультрафиолетового фонаря, так и без него. Выявлено, что параметры обнаруженных повреждений (площадь вмятины на поверхности образцов) не связаны простой линейной зависимостью с энергией удара, что свидетельствует о сложных процессах разрушения структуры образцов, в том числе проявления скачкообразного перехода от упругой реакции к неупругому отклику индентируемой структуры при превышении критического значения энергии удара.
