Abstract. Digital detector systems are the most adequate replacement of radiographic film. Contrast, clearness and the relation signal/noise of the digital image – the parameters defining its quality, and for successful replacement of radiographic film with digital means the listed indicators should not be below the corresponding indicators of radiographic pictures. In article ways of improvement of quality of digital images by means of their filtatsiya and scaling by means of wavelet transform of signals are provided.
