ORGANIZATION OF PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT CONTROL USING THE FUZZY LOGIC MODEL
(pp. 26-33)

Abstract. To organize control of the production environment and monitor the dynamics of labor safety indicators in metallurgical production, a model for a comprehensive assessment of working conditions using fuzzy logic has been developed. The following linguistic variables were selected as input data, which correspond to harmful factors: “noise”, “non-carcinogenic risk” and “vibration”. When creating input data in the MATLAB software environment in the Fuzzy Logic Designer application, a combination of the most sensitive and stable membership functions zmf ‒ pimf ‒ smf was used. To implement the model for a comprehensive assessment of working conditions, the Mamdani algorithm was used. The paper presents the results of using the model to assess the quality of the working environment in the workplace. Conclusions were drawn about the use of the model as one of the auxiliary methods for monitoring the level of workplace safety, and a comparative analysis of the results was carried out with data from cards of special assessment of working conditions. All conclusions in the work were obtained by deductive method.

Keywords: noise, vibration, non-carcinogenic risk, metallurgical production, fuzzy logic, Mamdani algorithm.
