Operation principle of an automatic device for gas analysis based on gas mixture dynamic viscosity measurements is described. Principal pneumatic schemes of the device, the block of sampling control and the timing chart of the device operation are presented. The physical basis of measurement process is given. The calculation dependencies for determining the output signal of the device are obtained. Gasanalyzer is assembled from USEIPA (Universal System of Elements of Industrial Pneumoautomatics, Russia) system elements. Viscosity of a gas mixture is determined by the pressure differential on a laminar pneumatic resistor. The viscosity measurement error is not more than 5 %.
