It is shown the realization of an approach for conducting of nondestructive testing and automatic diagnostics of the auxiliary dynamic machinery of power stations in the regime of real time without its removing from the technological chain. This approach is ensured because of the application of systems of monitoring the technical state and automatic diagnostics of the machinery for new generation. The results of the nondestructive testing and automatic diagnostics of the auxiliary dynamic equipment of blocks of electrical stations of 300 and 500 MW are given. The statistics of the operation of machinery under the control of the systems of automatic diagnostics and monitoring of technical state in the adjacent branches shows that the number of sudden failures has been reduced after its introduction by more than 12 times, the number and respectively expenditure for repairs has been reduced by more than 4 times, the qualitative redistribution of the volumes of repairs proceeds from the major and medium to the side current overhauls and the current maintenance, the number of expensive innovation repairs is decreased by more than 10 times. The work has been supported by grant of the Russian science Foundation. Keywords: monitoring, fault diagnosis, power machinery, bearings, sensors, absolute vibration, relative vibration, system.
