Desjatnikov V.E., Sidorov A.J., Shishulin D.N., Chujkin R.A. Abstract. The article discusses the use of the generalized correlation coefficient in the automated expert vibrodiagnostics complexes in order to increase reliability by eliminating the possibility of re-presentation the nodes for testing that have passed diagnosis process with a positive diagnosis – "fit." An algorithm for pre-processing of the vibration signal, the essence of which lies in the fact that recording of the vibration signal from the test object control is establised, and after that its spectral components are allocated and alternately compared with the avail-able database spectra of signals found fit similar nodes by correlation analysis. The basis of the algorithm used by the generalized correlation coefficient, which includes the coefficients of Pearson, Spearman and Kendall. According to the results of vibration studies cited in the article, weights coefficients are taken and the threshold limit for the generalized correlation coefficient is set. Application of the proposed algorithm is important for carrying out mass vibrodiagnostics of the same type products in production. Keywords: Pearson's correlation coefficient, Spearman correlation coefficient, Kendall's coefficient of correlation, RMS, kurtosis, avtospektr, the spectrum envelope.
