QUESTIONS OF OPTIMIZATION AND CONTROL OF ELECTROKINETIC PROCESS OF CLEANING OF POLLUTED SOIL FROM HEAVY METALS
(pp. 66-70)

Abstract. A method is proposed to optimize the information process of electrokinematic removal of contaminated test areas. The application sphere of this method is shown. It is formulated the problem of optimal selection of type of dynamic change in the electrode voltage during the electrokinetic soil cleaning from heavy metals. Solution of the problem of optimal choice of type of a temporary changes of interelectrode voltage during electrokinetic cleaning showed that it is optimal to use cleaning with the positive voltage with respect to time derivative. It is described the results of known experimental researches which confirm the theoretically derived result of optimality of electrokinetic process with the positive derivative.

Keywords: heavy metals, contamination, electrokinetic cleaning, optimization, electrochemistry.
