Yurkevich V.V., Mitropolski A.A. Abstract. This paper deals with a new method for measuring the trajectories of formation for adapted control of geometrical parameters of ma-chine tools. The new method of measuring paths of workpiece axis during turning is used in studies. It is applicatedtriangulation laser sensors which receive the data to calculate the geometric surface of the image format processed 3D, accuracy indicators in transverse and longitudinal cross sections of the treated surface. The system operates in a mode <<online>> whichallows to getdata on the trajectories of morphogenesis anytime. The advantage of triangulation laser sensors in comparison with eddy current is that the interaction of the laser beam occurs at the reflective surface area of about 4 mm2, while the eddy current sensor has a sensing tip diameter equal to 16 mm, representing an area of approximately 50 mm2, and hence signal isaveraged over an area more than 12 times. Keywords: trajectory shaping, customized control.
