IMPROVEMENT OF METHODS OF REMOTE OF HYDROLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF THE SYSTEM EARTH – VEGETATION – ATMOSPHERE

Abstract. It is determined that application of multi-criterial Pareto optimization of accuracy characteristics of remote measuring means in the known model SVAT is carried out in non-correct way. It does not allow to formulate the real requirements for accuracy characteristics of used RS techniques. It is suggested the procedure of correction of used weight coefficient on the basis of optimization of RMS sum of random errors of remote measuring means. It is proposed the iterative algorithm for correction of the weight coefficient of multi-criterial optimization procedure.
