DIAGNOSTICS AND RELIABILITY OF TRANSPORTATION TECHNICAL SYSTEMS

Abstract. The matters of reliability, safety and proper control of the operation of mobile transport systems are considered. It is defined the main tasks to be solved in the course of diagnosing the main element of the permanent way – railway track. There is description of the complex diagnostics mobile laboratory, given the parameters to be monitored, including the dynamic correlations between the rail track and the un-dercarriage of a moving vehicle. Lists of the most important characteristics are obtained in the course of the movement of a mobile laboratory, the methods and means to improve the measurement accuracy of monitored parameters, in particular, the introduction of a set of eddy current transformer inverters of distance meter between the working surface of the sensor and the surface of the head rail. The represented diagram shows the curves of the results obtained during dynamic diagnostics area Trans-Baikal Railway.
