The mathematical models, which let define a probability of critical situations by solution Kolmogorov–Chapmen system of differential equations, are developed. The algorithm of computer synthesis of event trees, which describes changes of cause-effect links during global safety monitoring, is offered and justified. The algorithm lets create dynamical event trees according to a current condition of cause-effect interaction in a system and correct their structure. Keywords: global safety, cause-effect trees of events, catastrophe, accidents, critical combination of events.
