Kovalevskiy V.M., Turobov B.V. Abstract. The problems of improving the reliability and safety of transportation systems through the use of their operation control equipment based on the matrix and transformer eddy current probes are considered. The main parameters that must be controlled during the diagnosis of the main elements of the permanent way – railway track are identified. The description of testing means installed in the mobile laboratory complex diagnostics are shown, controllable parameters, including the dynamic relation between the rail track and the undercarriage of a moving vehicle are presented. Authors have listed the most important characteristics obtained during dynamic control, methods and means for improving the measurement accuracy of monitored parameters, in particular, approving new devices for using in the set of diagnostic equipment. The above diagrams show the schematics of multi-parameter system for nondestructive testing of superstructure of railway track, interaction schemes converters with a rail thread.
