EVALUATION OF CATALYTIC ACTIVITY OF ELECTRODES OF ELECTROCHEMICAL CELLS SYNTHESIZED WITH MAGNETRON SPUTTERING METHOD BY MEANS OF CYCLIC VOLTAMMETRY METHOD
(pp. 29-35)

Abstract. The researches of an area of a catalytically active platinum surface for two types of nanocomposite carbonplatinum electrodes are carried out by means of the cyclic voltammetry method: the electrodes synthesized witg the magnetron sputtering method of the carbonplatinum target and the electrodes obtained by means of mixing of the platinum black with the fluoroplastic suspension and then applied on the electrode in the form of paste (“pasted” technique). The results of the electrochemical researches and the researches of the surface by means of the electron scanning microscope (ESM) are compared. It is shown that the dispersity of platinum for the electrodes synthesized with the magnetron sputtering method of the carbon – platinum target is considerably lower than dispersity of the “pasted” electrodes. It is performed that the analysis of this method is availabil for express analysis of catalytic activity of the catalyst commercially synthesized by means of the cyclic voltammetry method.
