EXCITATION OF LAMB WAVES OF AE SOURCES AND ANALYSIS OF AMPLITUDE DISPERSION OF SURFACE SHIFTS OF SHEET CONSTRUCTIONS

Abstract. It is analyzed the amplitude of frequency-geometric dispersion with main modes Nt , Nl , s0 and a0 of Lamb waves in sheets with examples of their excitation. The algorithm for calculating a variance of mode amplitudes of any order is given. It is found that in both cases the amplitude of excitation of the transverse mode Nt and mode s0 of Lamb waves is greater than the other major modes.
