CERTIFICATION OF THE EXPERTS ON TECHNICAL DIAGNOSIS OF TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT AND INSPECTION OF EDIFICES AND BUILDINGS

Abstract. The principle of safe exploitation of technical equipment, edifices and buildings considering its technical conditions is widely used on hazardous industrial facilities. According to this principle, remaining lifetime (service lifetime) is estimated by considering parameters of technical conditions. Experts on technical diagnosis of technical equipment and inspection of edifices and buildings need possibilities to confirm their capacity in view of modern international requirements.
