THE DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT FOR NONINVASIVE SCREENING DIAGNOSTICS AND LONG-TERM SPORTSMEN MONITORING USING INFRARED TOMOGRAPHY FOR TRAUMATISM PREVENTION AND OPTIMIZATION OF PHYSICAL LOADS

Abstract. The technology has been developed to diagnose the sportsmen physical state on the basis of the infrared tomography methods, which besides screening diagnostics allows to predict and optimize sportsmen physical loads, reducing the injury rate and leading the sportsmen to the top competition form by the required time. The preliminary studies, conducted in concurrence with youth and national hockey teams of Russian Hockey Federation, showed the potential and reality of gaining the defined objectives. The noninvasive diagnostics of sportsmen, conducted in cooperation with medical workers, revealed and proved the constitutional pecularities of sportsmen during their practice and training, and showed the great potential of this method and its possibilities for reducing the injury rate and increasing the efficiency of sportsmen work-out session and the necessity of further development and wide implementation of this technology.
