DOI: 10.14489/td.2014.04.pp.055-058 Mamedbeili A.G., Fatullaev A.A. Abstract. Special importance of сontrol of aerosol pollution level in the lower layers of troposphere is stressed out. The new method for ground photometric control of optical depth of tropospheric near-earth aerosol layer using the radiation emitted by the signal rocket is suggested. The optimization of suggested method is suggested and the recommendations for development of special signal rockets designated for aerosol monitoring are developed. The formula for measuring of optical depth of near-earth layers aerosol in optimum regime is suggested. Keywords: aerosol, photometer, ground measurements, signal rocket, optimization.
