The results of the test transmission on the thermal oxidative stability of oils at temperatures from ranging 130 to 150 ºC using a direct photometry. The dependences the effect of temperature on the optical properties of the oils, the change in viscosity and volatility, defined onset temperature oxidation and evaporation. These indicators are proposed to use for comparison of different transmission oils basic fundamentals and consistency of the classification Keywords: the absorption coefficient of the light flux, the relative viscosity, volatility, the temperature of the beginning processes of oxidation and evaporation, the potential resources, the coefficient of thermal oxidative stability.
