THICKNESS OF STEEL PART TO RESIDUAL MAGNETIZATION FIELD INFLUENCE DURING STRESS-STRAIN STATE OF METAL MAGNETIC EVALUATION

Abstract. On the basis of proposed simple physical model of formation residual magnetic field, the symbolic calculation of residual magnetic field strength of steel part metal magnetized by single pole is performed. The influence of metal thickness to surface density of magnetic charges on the direct and inverse surface of steel part is investigated. Experimental examination of symbolic expressions obtained for spatial components of magnetic field strength of continuous thickness steel part is carried out and shown that proposed physical model reliably describe spatial distribution of residual magnetic field of metal formed during metal strain value magnetic inspection by metal strain indicator IN-01m. The practical measures to suppress from steel part thickness influence on the results of metal strain value magnetic inspection by metal strain indicator IN-01m are proposed.
