DEFINITION OF THE SIZE OF A NEAR-FIELD REGION OF THE ANGLE BEAM PROBE WITH ROUND PIEZOELEMENT
(pp. 28-34)

Abstract. The calculation of relation of displacement of a shear wave from spacing interval up to an beam point on an acoustic axis of the angle beam probe with round piezoelement is conducted by a direct numerical integration and in nearing a method of a fixed phase. The capability of an estimation of a size near-field region as average value of zones for the main and additional planes of radiation of a signal is rotined. The inaccuracy of usage of the approximated formula on different spacing intervals from an beam point, but not less than one near-field region is estimated.
