PRIMARY MEASURING CONVERTER FOR SORPTION-FREQUENCY MOISTURE METERS ORGANIC LIQUIDS

Abstract. In the article it is shown that existing schemes of primary measuring converters for sorption-frequency measuring instruments of hu-midity of gases can't be used in hydrometers of organic liquids because they don't provide steady fluctuations of pyezo-sorption sensitive elements. Researches of parameters of sensors allow to develop the scheme of primary measuring converter to be ableto make measurements of humidity of organic liquids with dynamic viscosity to 2 mPas∙s in the range of frequencies of a sensitive element from 5 to 12 MHz. Butler's scheme is taken as a basis of the developed device. Modeling of work of the scheme in a specialized PSpice 16.5 package is made, by results of modeling the operating device is assembled. Functioning of primary measuring converter provides all requirements imposed to it and can be used in sorption and frequency measuring instruments of organic liquids humidity.
