VIBRATION SENSING TECHNIQUE FOR MONITORING CONDINION OF BALL/ROLLING BEARINGS AND GEARBOXES
(pp. 34-38)

Abstract. Report "Technology vibration monitoring of rolling bearings and gearboxes" is dedicated to the new method, which allows to measure the vibration HIGH-sensors with probe at any point of the object and without surface preparation. Traditionally, the measurement of the vibration through the contact sensor probe and the vibrating surface of the object that is bounded above by the frequency at 1 kHz. This situ-ation was reflected in international and Russian standards. Compensation of linear frequency dependence of the sensitivity characteristics with the help of electronics and sensor assembly using it possible to obtain stable and flat frequency response, which can reliably measure the vibration in the operating range for all metallic surfaces without special training. Afterresonance transfer characteristic point metal-metal contact is linear in logarithmic coordinates "amplitude-frequency vibration" and is directly proportional to specific levels of pressing force in contact. These properties allow to create a method and construct devices for broadband measurement of vibration sensors with probe without surface preparation.
